    16 November 2023 I inoculated a bunch of free logs 16 November 2023 I inoculated a bunch of free logs, oak, poplar and maybe ash, with #reishi , #lionsmane and #shitake . A turn of events had me leave some in the New Forest whilst I drove some of the others to Portugal. Stayed there for the winter and then drove back leaving some for gifts out there. I definitely didn’t care for them like they deserved and I felt bad for that. Recently, a while after we settled into a new home I bathed them all for a week.     Sadly my Grannie died aged 94 so we did the trip b Sadly my Grannie died aged 94 so we did the trip back to London for the service. Was fantastic to reconnect with my family after a time. Then went up to see the Soil exhibition at Somerset House. The 4minute mushroom loop was cool but perhaps would’ve sufficed seeing it on instagram. Looking at trash from the countryside I could’ve done that back home. If you hardly ever leave the city then it’s mildly educational and a way to look at soul from a more arty viewpoint. So we went on a boat trip up to tower bridge for lunch at the Ivy which was yummy. #mushroomhunting #soil #weallreturntotheearth
