A few weeks into micro-dosing and i am starting to remember who i am, having felt lost under the weight of of the responsibilities i carry.i feel happier and more positive, my body doesn’t feel tense from stress. My thought process is changing. Its a really subtle effect and i have put a lot of work into myself during this time too. I have found it is much easier to make healthy changes because i feel more in tune with what my body needs, and I’m craving alcohol less.
